RN Charge Nurse - Peri Op

Rocky Mountain Endoscopy is hiring a Charge RN Full Time.

Job Summary: Provides nursing care within state standards of practice and the policies of the Endoscopy Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to other team members. Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of unit as a whole. May have additional responsibilities as designed by the Clinical Director/Administrator, which include, but are not limited to, providing patient care, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits, and projects.

Pay Range:

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications and experience.

$44-$66/hour depending on experience

Role posted on 9.24.26 and will remain open for 2 weeks.

Required Skills:

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Two (2) years experience in surgery management that must include pre-op, intra-op, post-op care with total joint and spine experience.
• Licenses/Certifications/ Registrations.
• Current CA RN License.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities.
• Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
