Working closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and other clinical professionals, you'll help maintain efficient workflows, promote teamwork, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality.

We're looking for a collaborative leader who leads by example, communicates effectively, and is comfortable stepping in to support the team when needed.

  • Support infection prevention initiatives and established patient safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reinforce adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Help maintain readiness for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Communicate clinical concerns, staffing needs, and operational challenges to leadership.
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered team environment.
  • Support leadership initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and staff engagement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Preferred

  • Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient procedural environment.
  • Experience with staff coordination, clinical workflows, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of CMS, AAAHC, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, dialysis access, or nephrology.
  • CNOR or another relevant specialty certification.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy taking a leadership role while remaining actively involved in patient care.
  • Have experience mentoring colleagues, coordinating clinical activities, or serving as a resource for other nurses.
  • Lead by example and value teamwork, accountability, and communication.
  • Are comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with daily operational needs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment.
  • Want to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient setting with a predictable weekday schedule.
