Charge Nurse | Full Time | 40 hours per week | White Cross Ascot, Auckland
About Us
White Cross, part of Tāmaki Health, provides urgent care and general practice services across Aotearoa. Our clinics focus on accessible, practical care delivered by multidisciplinary teams, supporting both enrolled and walk in patients.
About the role
This is a senior clinical and leadership role responsible for the day to day coordination of the nursing team and clinic operations. You will lead a busy 24/7 urgent care clinic and play a key leadership role in the clinic's transition to an integrated urgent care and general practice service over the next 12 months.
The role combines hands on nursing with dedicated leadership responsibilities, including protected time for leadership and administration. You will support the development of nurse led care, grow nursing capability, and build a strong team culture. The Ascot clinic has planned expansion over the next twelve months, and this role will play a key part in shaping how services are delivered as the clinic grows.
