Notre agence de Strasbourg recrute son/sa futur(e) Chargé(e) de recrutement en contrat CDD. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Recrutement et véritable soutien sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement de nos futurs ingénieurs, vous serez en charge de plusieurs missions :
Formation / Expérience
Diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5, vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine du recrutement sur des profils techniques (stage ou alternance)
Qualités personnelles
Excellent communicant, vous avez un réel sens de l’organisation, des priorités, et êtes extrêmement réactif pour intervenir sur un marché concurrentiel et mener plusieurs projets de front.
Vous faîtes preuve d’un excellent sens de l’écoute ainsi que de très bonnes capacités d’analyse.
