Le rôle de chargé(e) de projet TI II est axé sur la réalisation de projets technologiques ayant un impact significatif sur l’organisation. Le poste inclut également la gestion des ressources internes et externes, la coordination avec les parties prenantes d’affaires et le suivi des interdépendances.
En plus des compétences standards attendues d’un(e) chargé(e) de projet TI II démontrant une solide expérience en gestion de projets, la personne retenue se verra confier un portefeuille spécifique d’initiatives à venir nécessitant des capacités additionnelles au-delà des compétences de base en gestion de projets.

What Will You Do
The Project Manager II role focuses on delivery of IT projects with significant impact. The primary responsibilities include managing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness. It also includes internal and external resource management, coordinating with business stakeholders, tracking dependencies. In addition to the standard Project Manager II qualifications demonstrating strong project management skills and experience, the successful candidate will be assigned a specific portfolio of upcoming initiatives that require additional capabilities beyond core PM competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees delivery of IT initiatives, like introducing new CRM/ERP platforms or improving retail analytics capabilities.
Manages IT resources (internal and external) to ensure optimal system performance.
Tracks project dependencies (e.g., external software vendors) and ensures compatibility with existing retail systems.
Leads testing, data migration, and staff training for new systems (e.g., store-level deployment of CRM tools).
Reports regularly to IT directors and business stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Manages budget allocation for IT investments and ensures ROI through better system efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Manage and deliver multiple IT projects related to the integration of Chico IT systems with PV.
Lead efforts to standardize IT profiles, configurations, and store‑level technology environments.
Support and coordinate additional upcoming IT initiatives aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
Serve as a critical contributor to the integration of Chico into the upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment, including process alignment and system readiness.
Qualifications and Experience
Years of Experience: 4-7 years managing IT projects or working closely with retail technology.
Minimum bachelor’s degree (typically business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field)
PMP is preferred.
Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably at the Project Manager II level.
This position requires full professional proficiency in English due to regular interactions with stakeholders located outside Quebec and the need to work with documentation in English. Full professional proficiency in French is also required to support collaboration with Quebec-based employees and partners.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, system integrations, and retail or store‑based technology is an asset.
Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
