Au sein de la structure Nexstone Ouest, filiale matériaux de Colas, vous rejoindrez notre carrière du Lédat (47) où vous aurez pour mission principale de suivre les livraisons, le transport et d’éditez les bons de pesée. Vous effectuez également le traitement administratif des commandes, depuis leur réception jusqu’à la livraison, la facturation et la relance clients. Vous collaborez avec le service commercial et la production.
✅ Assurer l’accueil et la prise des commandes :
✅ Réaliser le planning de transport des matériaux et suivre sa bonne execution.
✅ Assurer le pesage des camions, contrôler le chargement et encaisser les ventes directes de matériaux
✅ Assurer le suivi administratif des documents de ventes :
✅ Contrôler les factures clients
Titulaire d'une formation Bac +2 dans l’idéal en gestion administrative et commerciale, une première expérience dans une entreprise de matériaux, de recyclage, de travaux publics, de location ou de transport logistique serait un plus.
