En tant que Chargé de relation clients H/F, vous serez le point de contact privilégié de nos clients, garantissant leur satisfaction et contribuant au développement de la relation commerciale avec La Compagnie des Cartes Carburant.
Responsabilités**
* Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants (professionnels et entreprises).
* Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, email et chat, en apportant des solutions claires et rapides.
* Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation de nos produits et services (cartes carburant, services associés).
* Traiter les réclamations et les litiges de manière professionnelle et efficace.
* Participer à la fidélisation de la clientèle et à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
* Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers clients (mises à jour, commandes, etc.).
* Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et techniques pour garantir un service client optimal.
* Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos process et outils de relation client.
Qualifications**
* Bac +2 minimum en commerce, gestion ou relation client.
* Expérience significative (2 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des services aux entreprises.
* Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) avec une parfaite élocution.
* Sens aigu du service client, de l'écoute et de la diplomatie.
* Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler sous pression.
* Proactivité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et d'un CRM.
* Une connaissance du secteur des carburants ou des services B2B serait un plus.
