How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Au sein de de direction Recherche & innovation, le pôle Formulation Voie Topique accompagne la conception et l’identification de nouveaux ingrédients en réalisant le criblage et l’évaluation des performances en applications cosmétiques de diverses technologies internes ou externes.
La mise au point de méthodes innovantes et différenciantes est capitale pour SEPPIC afin de se positionner comme un leader incontournable du marché.
A ce titre nous recherchons un chargé de projet Mesures Physiques, Instrumentations et Méthodes pour contribuer aux futurs lancements d’ingrédients fonctionnels cosmétiques.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser les études d’expertise permettant de contribuer au succès des projets de développement et de valorisation :

  • Coordonner la gestion et garantir la performance optimale de notre parc d’équipements (maintenance, vérifications, gestion consommables, gestion fournisseur, investissements, etc).

  • Développer des méthodes de caractérisations innovantes en optimisant l'utilisation des appareillages existants (rhéomètre, texturomètre, turbiscan....) afin de participer activement à la montée en expertise du service.

  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des méthodes existantes.

  • Participer à la stratégie de Propriété Intellectuelle.

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie du service.

  • Participer activement à la vie du laboratoire.

Are you a MATCH?

  • De formation bac+5 Physique-Chimie / Mesure physique.
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans un laboratoire de caractérisation de l'industrie cosmétique.
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en mesures physiques, statistiques, caractérisation de liquides et de systèmes dispersés.
  • De nature curieuse et aimant le travail en équipe, vous faites preuve d’un fort esprit collaboratif.
  • Vous êtes également autonome, proactif et êtes force de proposition. Vous possédez un esprit critique, d’analyse et de synthèse particulièrement développé.
  • La connaissance et la maîtrise d’appareillages de type rhéomètre, ou texturomètre, est un précieux atout.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais souhaité.
