Job Description

Il a pour mission de vendre les contrats de support/maintenance et modernisations/upgrades pour la base installée de clients en respectant les objectifs de marge et les process de vente

We offer:

  • Assurer la prise de commande selon l’objectif fixé par le management (Contrats + Modernisation)
  • Analyser des besoins clients, qualifications commerciales des opportunités (budget, planning)
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques pour réaliser chiffrages et offres
  • Respect des process de validation internes
  • Saisie et suivi hebdomadaire des opportunités dans Salesforce
  • Proposition proactive de services, fonctionnalités, équipements développés par Dematic
  • Effectuer les remontées d’informations au management pour arbitrage si nécessaire
  • Garant des conditions commerciales et de la marge

Le chargé d’affaire est garant de la rentabilité des offres commerciales de son portefeuille dans le respect des normes et règles internes et des demandes clients.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Expertise et formation commerciale : négociations et ventes de services et systèmes automatisés
  • Management transverse (travail collaboratif avec les autres services internes SD, PM, FO, PO, SP, GSO, PLC, Admin, etc.)
  • Anglais courant ou niveau professionnel pour pouvoir travailler avec des interlocuteurs étrangers
  • Capacité à gérer un portefeuille comptant différentes typologies de clients (de la PME au Grand Groupe)
  • Connaissances ou appétences des technologies d’automatisations intralogistiques
  • Maîtrise du reporting via CRM (Salesforce) pour mises à jour hebdomadaires

  • Tenace, créatif, positif : force de proposition pour sortir d’une impasse technique ou commerciale

  • Organisé, capable de prioriser ses actions et rendre compte
