About the Role:

Lakshya is looking for a Character Concept Artist who can Create and develop visual concepts for characters and creatures. Design unique & Memorable Characters that fit within the game's world & Story.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Overall ability to develop character designs within the style of the game's direction, ranging from realism to heavily stylized
• Strong anatomy understanding
• Understanding of fashion/armor in both historic and fictional settings
• Strength in facial expressions and personality
• Ability to do orthographic views and detail/material breakdowns for 3D modelers.
• Understanding of 3D production to facilitate concept detail and ability for the 3D team to produce easily
• Creature design is a nice to have
• Knowledge of Game Art production pipeline will also be nice to have
• 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Has strong communication skills and can effectively communicate directions, designs and explanations to the team. Ensures that such communication is well articulated.
• Is professional and friendly in daily conduct. Team player.
• Is able to create, track and maintain realistic and meaningful daily goals for self and complete the planned work for the day on time every day.
