Job Description

Key purpose:

As a Chapter Leader, you'll be responsible for leading your chapter. You will ensure that your members are given opportunities to grow and improve their skills through local events and workshops. You should be passionate about teaching others new skills in order to help them achieve success in their careers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Documents project activities, status and deliverables.
  • Facilitates project communications using preferred toolset.
  • Conducts technical and administrative analyses on project activities.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Works effectively with others to share responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Achieves an awareness of the business environment.
  • Comprehends technical information in order to resolve issues related to technology and physical assets.
  • Provides the appropriate solutions and recommendations for implementation of technological changes and/or building or expanding a system.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education or another related field required
  • 3+ years of experience as a chapter leader/manager preferred.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to put forth effort to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
