About the Role
As Chapter Lead, you’ll manage a group of 15 technical professionals (BAs and Project Managers) with a focus on their career development, capability growth, and performance. You’ll bring a technical background and people leadership experience to support, grow, and motivate your team in a hybrid, evolving environment. You’ll be laying the foundations: building relationships, setting expectations, and establishing a growth and performance oriented team culture, supporting our people to thrive as the organisation scales. This role is based in Petone, Wellington.

The SecuritEase® System is a sophisticated, multi asset class, market & currency capital market, middle & back office settlement and wealth management solution.
SecuritEase offers a suite of broking, banking, wealth management and technology modules supporting stratified company and department configurations for trading, clearing, settlement, margin lending, custody, investment, and advice businesses.
We design and develop automations for capital market life-cycle functions including EOIs, capital raisings, order management, corporate actions, clearing, settlement and custody management all integrated with a multi-currency enabled general ledger and treasury management capability.
Our accredited systems connect to market infrastructures and global custodians via all major messaging and interface protocols.
We power leading wealth management businesses across distribution channels ranging from self-directed, mass affluent through sophisticated advice solutions servicing HNWI, UHNWI, family office, philanthropic and institutional customers.
The SecuritEase® ASX CHESS Gateway allows a simple and affordable direct integration of business systems to ASX's Clearing and Settlement System - CHESS (and its replacement). Enabled through an intuitive user interface allowing rules to be created and configured to map and translate CHESS messages to multiple messaging and file protocols including SWIFT ISO 15022, ISO 20022, FIX, XML and flat file structures in real-time. Our Gateway is perfect for all CHESS user types including Clearing and Settlement Participants, Payment Providers, PISPs and Share Registries.
The SecuritEase® AMO Gateway is a highly resilient, high throughput, low latency gateway to connect trading venues to the post trade systems of Market Infrastructures (MIs) such as the Australian Securities Exchange's TAS (Trade Acceptance Service) interface to its CHESS system.
