The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 21 500 PLN gross
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
We are looking for you, if you:
- are passionate about leading people, developing talent, and helping engineers grow,
- have at least 3 years of experience in people management or engineering leadership,
- have experience leading a DevOps team and balancing people leadership with product delivery,
- can quickly understand an existing product landscape, take ownership, and ensure continuity,
- have experience developing and maintaining solutions based on cloud platforms, commercial software, and internally developed components,
- have strong organizational skills and can prioritize work across multiple products and business domains,
- can collaborate effectively with business and tech stakeholders, architects, engineers, and third-party vendors,
- are comfortable working in an Agile and DevOps environment,
- can manage competing priorities and create transparency around delivery, risks, dependencies, and costs.
You’ll get extra points for:
- experience with Generative AI, machine learning, large language models, or neural machine translation,
- practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based solution architecture,
- experience with translation technologies,
- knowledge of Enterprise Content & Automation landscape and its digital products,
- knowledge of Robotic Process Automation,
- experience managing Service Now and Azure DevOps backlogs and defining technical requirements,
- experience working with commercial vendors and coordinating operational activities,
- knowledge of risk management, cloud cost forecasting, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation,
- experience organizing knowledge-sharing sessions or tech-focused communities.
Your responsibilities:
- lead and develop a chapter within the Enterprise Content & Automation area, including coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and capability development,
- ensuring the highest quality of team results,
- support the Translation Services roadmap,
- partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans,
- collaborate with architects and engineers on solution architecture and technical design,
- coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve operational issues and achieve product objectives,
- oversee product risks, mitigation activities, evidence collection, and reporting.
