Travel Percentage: Road WarriorWe are re-opening job applications to be a Chapter Development Consultant for 2026-2027. We have exciting new opportunities for Tri Delta to grow this coming year, which means we need additional Chapter Development Consultant's to make that growth a reality.

Tri Delta has had CDCs for more than 100 years – these engaged, excited sisters spend time working with chapters to strengthen sisterhood by helping to create environments where lifelong friendship grows! Some consultants travel from chapter to chapter, bringing their skills to existing chapters, while others spend an entire semester at an emerging chapter.

- Traveling from chapter to chapter sharing resources and empowering officers
- Developing long-term relationship in place with emerging chapters
- Serving as the chapter's cheerleader leaning into their strengths
- Collaborating with chapter officers to ensure member's experience is positive
- Coaching chapter officers to fulfill their highest potential in their officer position
As a 2026–2027 Chapter Development Consultant, you’ll do all of this while making a lasting impact on Tri Delta’s chapters. And the best part? If you love your consultant experience, you can level up in year two as a Senior Chapter Development Consultant—continuing the adventure with even more opportunities to grow and lead!

Qualifications
- A recent collegiate member in good standing of Delta Delta Delta
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and programs
- Handle consistent travel, multiple modes of transportation
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Leadership experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
