ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, Religious Studies, or a related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in pastoral care or chaplaincy
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
·Requires knowledge of counseling and clinical pastoral care, including training in human development and behavior, spirituality and religious practices common to the community, generally acquired through the completion of a Master's degree in Divinity or Theology.Endorsement by a recognized religious body or authority preferred. Requires advanced interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with various healthcare professionals, agencies, patients and members of the clergy.Bilingual ability is a big plus.
Compensation Range:
$29.73- $39.23
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
