Major Responsibilities:
Responsible forassistingwith education for chaplain interns and residents in compliance with the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.
Complete annual continuing education.
Create necessary updates inaccreditationportfolio as directed by the Director of CPE.
Responsible for adhering to the Code of Professional Ethics as outlined in the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.
Responsible for adhering to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment byutilizingcommunication skills, interpersonalrelationshipsand team building, while following hospital/departmental policies and procedures, contributing to the overall quality of services.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
ACPE Certified Educator,Required
Education Required:
Master’s Degree,Requiredin religious studies, theology,divinityor related field
Annual continuing education and peer reviews
Experience Required:
3 years infield related to chaplaincy or education
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Board certification or Certification by one of the following: APC, NACC, NAJC, CPSP, Preferred
