Job Description

At TriHealth, we recognize that true healing extends beyond physical care to include the emotional and spiritual well-being of those we serve. As a Chaplain, you will provide compassionate pastoral care to patients and families, offering comfort, guidance, and presence during times of crisis, transition, and healing.

In this role, you’ll respond to the diverse spiritual needs of our community—visiting patients, supporting families, and partnering with care teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. You will play an essential role in crisis ministry, providing timely and meaningful support when it matters most, while contributing as a valued member of a collaborative pastoral care team.

We are seeking experienced, clinically trained chaplains who bring both theological knowledge and real-world pastoral care experience, including Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), and a commitment to professional certification. • Opportunities to lead in crisis ministry and make a lasting, personal impact
