  • Develop and execute AI-enabled channel growth strategies by leveraging predictive analytics, customer insights, channel insights and emerging technologies to maximize revenue growth, optimize channel performance, and improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize high-impact channel campaigns, incentive programs, contests, and partner engagement initiatives that accelerate acquisition, activation, retention, and ARPU growth while maximizing return on investment.

  • Lead the design and governance of dynamic partner commission structures and field force incentive frameworks based on productivity, acquisition quality, subscriber retention, and revenue contribution, ensuring accurate, timely, and automated payout processing in collaboration with Digital Platform Engineering (DPE) and Commission Management teams.

  • Drive channel cost optimization by managing development budgets, monitoring campaign investments, evaluating channel economics, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while reducing acquisition and operating costs.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with agencies, activation partners, technology vendors, fintech partners, and third-party service providers to ensure commercial effectiveness, operational excellence, and delivery of agreed business outcomes.

  • Develop comprehensive channel performance dashboards, predictive reporting models, and business intelligence frameworks to monitor productivity, revenue contribution, campaign effectiveness, and partner performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across campaign execution, commission validation, reporting, and performance tracking by collaborating with Digital, BI, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to build scalable growth platforms.

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch innovative customer acquisition channels through digital ecosystems, affiliate platforms, fintech partnerships, embedded distribution models, AI-powered referral programs, and emerging commercial opportunities that strengthen RYZE's market reach and sustainable growth.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline.

Job Experience Required

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in channel planning, sales strategy, commercial / digital strategy, or telecom digital distribution / App marketing.

Required Capabilities

  • Advanced knowledge of channel strategy, commercial planning, customer acquisition, retention management, channel economics, and revenue optimization within telecom or digital business environments.

  • Strong understanding of AI, predictive analytics, automation, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to improve commercial performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

  • Proven expertise in designing incentive frameworks, commission structures, budget governance, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to maximize channel productivity and profitability.

  • Advanced analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets, developing performance dashboards, forecasting business performance, and translating insights into strategic actions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams while driving innovation and business transformation.
