We are seeking a Channel Sales Development Representative (Channel SDR) to support our growing partner ecosystem. This role is focused on generating new pipeline through OX’s channel partners, partner enablement, and executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) activities in close collaboration with Account Executives.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in channel sales, partnerships, and cybersecurity, while playing a key role in OX Security’s growth through partners.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, hunt and reach out to potential AppSec partners, supporting partner recruitment and expansion of OX Security’s channel ecosystem.
- Support pipeline generation through channel partners by executing outbound and inbound sales motions
- Prospect into target accounts together with channel partners to create new sales opportunities
- Qualify partner-sourced leads and schedule high-quality meetings for AEs
- Plan and execute joint Go-to-Market execution, including:
- Partner outbound campaigns
- Local Events, Webinars, CISO Roundtables, etc.
- Account mapping, Call-out days at partners' offices, and target account planning
- Support partner onboarding and enablement efforts, helping partners understand how to sell OX, targeting the right ICP, value proposition, and sales pitch
- Track partner activity, outreach, and pipeline in CRM to ensure accurate reporting and attribution
- Work closely with Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging and execution
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, partnerships, or customer-facing roles (Cybersecurity experience is a plus)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working in a partner-led sales environment and engaging both partners and end customers
- Ability to present in front of an audience with confidence
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partners and GTM initiatives simultaneously
- Curious, resourceful, and quick to learn
- Proactive, creative, and motivated to help build and scale a channel motion
