Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Strategy Management

  • Develop and implement channel strategies and service support for both traditional and emerging markets.
  • Oversee and assess the execution of channel strategies, adjusting as necessary to align with business goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

2. Channel Relationship Management & Maintenance

  • Provide sales and technical support to channel partners, including product-related resources.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers, gather market feedback, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to jointly promote products and drive sales.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key regional customers through continuous communication and engagement.

3. Channel Development

  • Execute marketing and sales plans in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new channel partners, conducting thorough analysis of their qualifications.
  • Develop communication and collaboration plans with new channel partners to ensure long-term success.

4. Sales Orders Completion

  • Communicate company product information and sales policies to customers effectively.
  • Proactively pursue customer orders to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Organize and participate in business negotiations with agents to secure favourable agreements.

5. Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance the company's brand presence and market influence.

Desired experience and skills:

Education:

Degree in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Network Communication.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen market insight and adaptability.
  • High enthusiasm for work, combined with strong knowledge of
  • marketing strategies and channel management.

Experience:

  • Solid understanding of market conditions within the industry.
  • Familiarity with channel development and product marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
