Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, and system integrators within the assigned territory.
b. Possess sound knowledge of CCTV fundamentals and technical aspects to effectively engage and manage partners (SIs, end users, contractors, and consultants).
c. Identify and acquire new accounts/customers along with developing existing accounts to drive consistent revenue growth.
d. Generate BOQs and gather regular inquiries from partners (SIs, end users, contractors, and consultants) to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
e. Effectively manage the project funnel to achieve quarterly sales targets.
f. Demonstrate a strong past track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and delivering business growth.
g. Be a self-motivated, proactive individual who can work independently with minimal supervision once given direction.
