As a Channel Sales Manager within the Lark Global Channel team, you will play a key role in recruiting and enabling new partners, co-developing business plans, ensuring partner success, and building strong, sustainable relationships aligned with Lark’s global strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, outreach, and evaluate new channel partners in target markets, building a strong pipeline aligned with Lark’s growth strategy.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that align with Lark’s overall objectives and go-to-market strategies. Ensure partners are targeting the right audience and applying effective methodologies.
- Coaching & Enablement: Work closely with the partner enablement team to track enablement progress, provide pitch coaching and sales guidance, and implement interventions as needed to drive partner growth and accountability.
- Sales Performance Management: Actively support partners in their sales efforts. Conduct regular deal and pipeline reviews, monitor performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching and strategic guidance to help partners achieve their sales targets.
- Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related operational matters. Address partner inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with both Lark’s and the partners’ marketing teams to co-develop campaigns that strengthen brand visibility for both parties and drive demand generation. Align marketing strategies and work jointly on initiatives that contribute mutual success.
