Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Channel Expansion & Product Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the channel partners businesses also the company new products/features, target markets, and their unique value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiation of commercial & contract terms, managing ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create channel programs and initiatives to drive channel (payment method) engagement and sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with creating materials, presentations, and other guidelines to support sales efforts of channels, products/features.

Business Partnership & Management

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities based on revenue potential, market trends, and alignment with company goals.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key partnerships, conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address issues, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including negotiation of contract terms, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Assist with creating sales materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support partner and channel sales efforts.
  • Sharing products or channels trends to partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products and services.

Project Management and Managerial Skills

  • Lead and coordinate channel and partnership projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are met within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel & partnerships projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the team (Channel & Partner department), fostering a collaborative work environment, communication to ensure alignment and synergy across different teams

Job Requirement

  • 3 to 5 years working experience in Channel Development and Sales. Any IT technical knowledge would be advantage.
  • Relevant experience in sales or business development especially related to Unified Communication, Telephony and Telecommunications.
  • Strong communication, human, negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • A resourceful, pro-active self-starter, able to think logically, work independently and perform aggressively.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, multi languages would be advantage.
  • Flexible to travel local and overseas subject to product and market
