The Channel Sales Executive (Project Sales) is responsible for driving project-based revenue through channel partners, system integrators, and contractors by developing sales pipelines, supporting project bids, and strengthening partner relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
Generate project pipelines through regular partner engagement and reviews.
Support partners with product training, project registration, pricing, and bidding requirements.
Collaborate with vendors, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support project execution.
Drive cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and margin KPIs.
Monitor, forecast, and report project pipelines and sales performance.
Provide market and competitor insights to management.
Main Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years experience in channel or project sales (IT, hardware, electrical, or related industries preferred).
Strong network with contractors, consultants, and system integrators in Cambodia.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM systems (advantage).
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.
