We are seeking an ambitious Channel Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Singapore headquarters . You will act as the operational anchor for our remote global field teams (AMER/LATAM) while proactively managing and growing inside partner relationships, lead qualification, and deal registrations.Joining us isn’t just about securing a job—it’s about embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. Key Responsibilities

Inside Partner Development & Enablement:

• Serve as the primary contact for mid-tierpartners, delivering virtual product walkthroughs, onboarding toolkits, andsales collateral.
• Proactively follow up on leads, assist partnerswith joint co-selling opportunities, and drive tier-2 partner engagement .
• Serve as an internal advocate for partner needswhile aligning their growth with company sales goals .

Global Field Sales Support (HQ Engine):

• Act as the HQ bridge between remote field managers (AMER/LATAM) and Singapore-based technical engineering and product teams for custom requests .
• Review and validate deal registrations in our CRM/PRM systems to enforce strict rules of engagement and prevent channel friction.

Channel Operations & MDF Management:

• Administer Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations, partner certification tracking, and proof-of-performance audits .
• Provide weekly dashboard reporting on channel pipelines, active reseller percentages, and deal registration hygiene .

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B tech inside sales, channel business development, or channel operations.
• Strong familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) workflows.
• Excellent consultative communication and listening skills .
• Proven business acumen and ability to resolve channel conflicts diplomatically .
