About the job

You develop and implement channel and distribution strategies across your assigned territory. Working closely with distributors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams, you ensure strong business performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. You report to the Regional Channel Manager.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel programs and business plans that increase sales effectiveness and market share.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and identify new channel partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor distributor performance, review business results, and initiate actions to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate communication, events, training activities, and product launches across the distributor network.
  • Support distributors with technical knowledge, business development initiatives, and sales enablement activities.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis and contribute to sales and marketing strategy development.
  • Prepare and supply information and documents to distributors and other channel partners; administer agreements, CoCs, compliance due diligence processes, and amendments.

Location and flexibility

This position is part of Seco Global Sales and is based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland, allowing you to work closely with customers and distribution partners across the Nordic region.

Your profile

You combine commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills and a genuine customer focus. With experience from industrial sales and technical solution selling, you understand how to create value through distributors and channel partners. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams help you succeed in a dynamic international environment.

Your background includes:

  • Experience from industrial sales, preferably within manufacturing, machining, metal cutting, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of machining processes, tooling applications, or customer manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with value-based or consultative sales approaches.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and standard business tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, Swedish or other Nordic languages are a plus.
