Job Description

Channel Process Engineer

Objective:


Review, design, and validate production processes that ensure Safety and Quality standards, working within a continuous improvement approach that supports compliance and reduces cycle times while guaranteeing production flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, grinding, heat treatment)
  • Proficiency with machines and tools, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
  • Experience in process definition, line layout, operation balancing, and time and motion analysis.
  • Proficiency in CAD software / Familiarity with statistical analysis tools
  • Quality and Management Systems
  • English intermediate (B2 level

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, together with Engineering, production processes that ensure Safety, Quality, and Efficiency standards.
  • Defines Standardized Work and keeps it up to date by reviewing and updating process improvements.
  • Supports the Channel Manager in identifying training or development needs.
  • Coordinate and implement improvements in production processes
  • Verifies the effectiveness of the implemented improvements by monitoring results in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
  • Participates in the launch of new businesses/projects.
