Job Description
The Channel & Performance Management Specialist supports the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of portfolio and channel performance indicators. The role contributes to the optimization of operational efficiency, ensuring accurate data insights, and supports strategic decisions that enhance channel productivity and overall portfolio performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Leads the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and analytical models across all servicing channels.
- Reviews and validates reports prepared by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of performance data.
- Provides in-depth performance analysis and strategic insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Acts as the key point of contact for complex performance-related issues and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Contributes to the development and refinement of KPIs, SLAs, and reporting methodologies.
- Mentors and guides junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Recommends and coordinates process improvement initiatives to enhance performance tracking and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in performance analysis, reporting, or channel management within financial services or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
