
The Channel Partner Support Specialist plays a key role in enabling the Western Europe Channel Go-To-Market organization by supporting partner onboarding, system access, and operational processes. This role ensures a seamless partner experience while contributing to data accuracy, reporting insights, and overall sales productivity. Fluency in English and Italian/Spanish/Portuguese. This is a hybrid position that must live within a commutable distance to Budapest.

Support onboarding and setup of new channel partners across systems and tools
Maintain data consistency across partner ecosystems and CRM platforms
Provide partner support, including system access and issue resolution
Analyze data trends and generate reports to support decision-making
Collaborate with sales, channel, and support teams to enhance partner experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–4 years of experience in sales operations, partner support, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)
Fluency in English and Italian/Spanish/Portuguese
