Job Description

Your Challenges

  • Develops channel sales strategies and priorities by identifying and evaluating channels to drive business growth; supervises the implementation of channel strategy;

  • Work closely with Marketing and Channel Performance team to develop the channel management strategy and enable sustainable growth;

  • Execute the channel management system and process;

  • Manage Channels’ funnel closely with accuracy to achieve Channels’ sales target according to company sales plan and marketing strategy, work out dealers’ sales target (different product group), bonus percentage and marketing plan;

  • Continuously identify and develop key channel contacts in accordance with overall company sales strategy - assess dealer performance, replace non-qualified dealer, look for suitable dealers in vacant areas;

  • Analyze dealer sales data, work out promotion plans with Marketing team

  • Coordinate and arrange related products training/meeting for dealers with PLS team according to each dealer’s practical situation;

  • Ensure that all activities undertaken by the team staff fully comply with the Company’s policies regulations and relevant Codes of Conduct;

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, preferably with Life Sciences focus. A higher degree would be well regarded.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in the field of technical product support and customer training, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage

  • Excellent English communciation skills

  • High competency in using Microsoft office software programs including CRM

  • Commercially driven channel leader focused on developing and growing business through high-performing partners

  • Strong commercial acumen and partner management expertise to drive revenue, profitability, and market share

  • Independent, structured working style with clear focus on results and execution

  • Excels at building long-term, trust-based relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

  • Skilled at aligning all parties around clear business objectives and joint growth plans

  • Independent and self-structured working ethic

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Proven ability to resolve complex technical issue and develop customized solutions
