B. CONTEXT
Purpose
The Indirect Channel Ops – FTTH & B2B role is a local commercial position, managing and working with Network Partners/ Channel Partners at Operations level for monitoring and processing performance and payments accurately and timely in company's best interests. The role also requires having strong cross functional working.
This role will manage Network Partners payouts, Channel Partners payouts, Employees SIP payouts on time, following up with different stake holders and cross functional teams for necessary approvals as per defined process thus meeting organization goals
Context
Accurate and timely payment is a key to any partnership and this impacts organization reputation and image in the market. Since this involves Money, it is extremely critical role which cannot afford any errors. Any error can impact partners' dissatisfaction on U9 loss either way.

Decision Making: Basis the Process, contract terms & conditions, business requirements it requires to take conscious business calls without delays
