To strengthen our pan-European D2C marketing team we are looking for a temporary colleague (m/f/x) for the duration of parental leave:

CHANNEL MARKETING & RETAIL EXECUTION ASSISTANT / VISUAL DESIGN D2C RETAIL & CAMPAIGNS - MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS (M/F/X)

The Channel Marketing & Retail assistant is responsible for driving the execution of Yamaha’s pan-European channel marketing strategy across the dealer and retail network. The role ensures consistent, high-quality brand presence and campaign activation across all customer touchpoints, translating central marketing strategies into effective retail and channel execution that drives consumer engagement, brand visibility, and sales performance. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of Consumer Campaigns and Shop-In-Shop Displays within our Dealer network across Europe. This role requires strong organisational and communicational skills and the ability to think creatively as well as travel on occasion for instore Shop-In-Shop Installations.

Your duties:

  • Campaign: Assist in the creation and implement of consumer campaigns ensuring all campaign deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand visual assets for various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Retail Display: Manage a selection of Yamaha Shop-In-Shop projects working with alongside Yamaha sales & marketing teams, dealers and Agencies to ensure displays are installed in a timely manner, to budget and work effectively.
  • Assist in adapting and localizing campaign assets while ensuring brand consistency
  • Assist in monitoring retail execution quality through market visits, mystery shopping, and feedback collection
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support aligned campaign and retail execution
  • Provide administrative and operational support including timeline tracking, budget coordination, and reporting



Your profile:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in channel marketing, retail, or project coordination as advantage
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, dealers, and external partners
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to travel occasionally
