We have an exciting job opportunity with Baldwin Hardware. We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team and help shape the future of luxury hardware. The Channel Marketing Manager owns the strategy, development, and execution of Baldwin’s showroom channel, a critical driver of brand experience and high-value customer engagement. This role is responsible for shaping how Baldwin shows up across trade, builder, and luxury showroom environments—ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience while driving measurable growth in sell-through and partner engagement. Acting as a central hub across Sales, Product, Digital, and Brand teams, this role leads the development of channel-specific strategies spanning merchandising, pricing alignment, new product commercialization, and partner programs. The Channel Marketing Manager plays a key role in navigating channel complexity, including showroom dynamics, partner segmentation, and pricing integrity, while identifying opportunities to elevate both physical and digital experiences within the channel.

Work Environment:
Pay Range: $109,306 to $171,768.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
