Job Description

TheChannel Marketing Managerleads and manages Nilfisk's key dealer-facing marketing programs, including the Nilfisk Rewards loyalty program and Co-op Marketing program. This role is focused on capturing dealer mindshare and equipping dealers and their sales teams to effectively promote Nilfisksolutions to their customers The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized marketer with strong program management skills and a passion for channel partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Co-op Marketing Program

Own the Co-op Marketing program, planning,promotingand program execution from end to end.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and Regional Manager inquiries, approvals, and documentation review.

  • Establish relationships with key dealers,facilitatedealer meetingsthroughthe year, and guide dealers to build lead gen. and awareness plans that best support promoting Nilfisk to their end customers.

  • Analyze and report the performance of the program

Nilfisk Rewards Program

Own andoperatetheday-to-dayexecution of the Nilfisk Rewards program

  • Build and execute periodic communicationplan, content updates,trainingand promotions to increase adoption and usage of the program.

  • Manage key executional elements of the program to ensure program integrity,reward value review,website updatesand Dealer Sales Rep support and resolution of issues.

  • Own the relationship with the vendor and collaborate with them on a regular basis.

  • Analyze and report the performance of the program

Dealer Marketing Support

  • In partnership withAssociateChannelMarketingManager,guide and support dealers in daily requests and consistent communications.

  • Support dealers with co-branded assets, onboarding, and day-to-day marketing requests including banners, logos, and product imagery.

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for top dealers and maintain dealer contact lists and Salesforce records.

  • Manage dealer marketing inbox, routeinquiries to theappropriate teamsandensuretimelyresponses.

  • Develop and manageperiodicdealer-facing emailcommunicationsand campaigns targeting dealers, Dealer Sales Reps, andNilfisksales.

  • Create and refresh email templates, social media content, and marketing kits in Modus for dealer use.

  • Present Nilfisk Rewards and co-op program contenttodealerPrincipals, Marketers,Dealer Sales Reps, andat Nilfiskinternal meetings

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 35years of experience in channel, dealer, or B2B marketing.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Proficiencyin email marketing,buildingpresentationsand presenting to key stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience managing loyalty, rewards, or co-op marketing programs.

  • Familiarity with channel partner ecosystems and sales enablement platforms (e.g., ModusOne Tin Can).

  • Knowledge of the industrial cleaning or commercial equipment industry.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus’ as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
