TheChannel Marketing Leadis a key contributor to the European Institutional business, acting as a strategic partnerforSales and Regional Marketing teams. The role is accountable for translating channel and commercial strategies into structuredLocaltrade marketing plans and ensuring disciplined execution through distributors. This includes strengthening distributor engagement, enabling effective product and solution activation, driving adoption of digital tools, and delivering measurable growth impact across key markets and segments.

Strategic Scope & Impact

This role plays a critical part in accelerating European growth through the indirect channel by ensuring that regional strategies are effectively translated into scalable, high-impact trade marketing programs. The ChannelMarketing Leaddrives alignment between regional priorities, distributor execution, and customer needs, ensuring consistent deployment of value propositions, innovation, and digital tools across markets. The role acts as a key orchestrator across Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing, enabling a cohesive go-to-market approach and strengthening the company’s competitive position in key segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as key business partner for Sales and Marketing to drive indirect channel growth
  • Translate regional strategy into clear trade marketing plans with strong execution discipline
  • Drive distributor engagement and enablement through structured programs, tools, and training
  • Ensure consistent deployment of product value propositions and innovation across markets
  • Lead demand generation initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Drive adoption and effectiveness of digital platforms (Distributor Portal, DLMS)
  • Support sales teams with generic customer-facing tools and value-selling materials
  • Monitor performance and ROI, ensuring continuous optimization of trade marketing investments
  • Act as link between local market execution and regional strategic priorities

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong experience in trade marketing, channel marketing or sales enablement
  • Proven ability to operate in a multi-country, matrix environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and execution
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and indirect channels
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
