If you are the successful candidate, your role will be pivotal in joining forces with the team focused on opportunities in Quebec. You will execute partnership opportunities through cross collaboration with both internal and external channels. You will actively negotiate and support various size ownership groups, builder and property management relationships, often leading the conversation at a C-suite level. You are often the single point of contact, ensuring white glove service is provided to our partners every time. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the development and execution of this strategic program and, ultimately, increase product penetration across existing properties and long standing operational portfolios.
Your leadership skills, innovative sales support strategies, strong focus on executional excellence will play a key role in maintaining the positive growth trajectory of our portfolio. By rallying the team and utilizing your unique blend of talents, you will inspire the team to deliver the very best in our channel.

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope.
