Role overview

Selling cleaning and sanitation products, cleaning machines, tool systems, and services to customers such as hotels, restaurants, retail companies, cleaning companies, healthcare institutions, either directly or through distributors.

Main Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for channel growth in Romania, ensuring achievement of company targets
• Coach and develop the reporting team, enhancing their ability to identify and convert new business opportunities into sales
• Develop and implement action plans that support the achievement of annual channel objectives
• Monitor and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable growth
• Actively support new business opportunities, customer acquisition, new applications, and cross-selling initiatives within the designated area
• Lead the team in developing and maintaining an active prospect database, continuously enriched with market insights to support strategic growth plans
• Build and nurture positive customer relationships that generate new sales opportunities, cross-selling potential, and repeat business
• Prioritize and organize activities to meet performance targets and company requirements
• Conduct customer site audits to identify needs and develop tailored, value-driven solutions
• Train customer personnel on product usage and operational procedures
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals within delegated authority and according to company policies
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers at all organizational levels, delivering exceptional service and reinforcing preferred supplier status
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing relevant insights
• Implement programs that drive growth across all SBUs
• Facilitate training sessions for distributor sales teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities
• Enhance channel effectiveness through pricing optimization initiatives
• Implement programs that support and accelerate sell-out performance
