Join our EMEA team as “Channel Field Marketing Manager"
You will join a globally distributed team leading the future of people-first marketing. This role focuses on driving demand through our channel ecosystem by executing targeted marketing programs with both regional and global impact. A key aspect will be ensuring our partners are fully informed and empowered to leverage and amplify the marketing initiatives, such as events and live webinars, actively executed by our zone field execution team.
As a Channel Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with channel sales leadership and partners to identify growth opportunities, activate campaigns, and increase partner-driven pipeline. You will take a proactive, data-informed approach to engaging partners and reactivating dormant accounts, ensuring our Xcelerator portfolio is effectively positioned and adopted in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Align with channel sales leadership to define regional priorities, target accounts, and the required marketing impact on partner-driven pipeline and revenue
• Drive and execute regional channel marketing plans that support strategic growth goals, including partner activation, demand generation, and account expansion
• Identify and activate high-potential opportunities, including targeting disengaged or dormant accounts and launching re-engagement campaigns
• Execute localized campaigns targeting SMBs, ensuring effective use of global content and adapting for regional needs and partner demand fulfillment
• Partner with Channel sales, Global Industry planners, and Zone teams to align investment priorities and select programs with the highest ROI
• Ensuring marketing programs translate into viable opportunities for partners
• Act as a central point of contact for the partner enablement team, proactively coordinating and communicating zone field execution activities (e.g., events, live webinars) to enable partners to effectively participate, reuse content, and amplify reach.
• Own performance tracking across the demand waterfall, including partner-led pipeline, progression, and conversion
• Provide regional channel insights and act as the voice of the region to content and central teams
• Collaborate with Data and Content teams to optimize targeting, spend, and campaign effectiveness, and ensure seamless communication of zone field execution programs to partners for maximum amplification.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility into plans and results

EUR Min 28,400 - EUR Max 56,800 (Greece)
