About The Job

Develop traditional trade channel business with channel focus and new opporunities. Cooperate with cross function team and sales to drive TT sales value and ND with TT channel strategy development to optimize TT P&L.

What you will do

  • Own and master channel strategy & business plan .Work closely with the sales TT channel manager to formulate channel strategies, plan activities in detail, allocate resources rationally, and regularly review activity results to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Enhance CRM project as sales engine and data deposit for wholesale and sub-D channels, and undertakes the implementation of various activities, including incentives for business growth of large-volume clients and recruitment of new customers and repeat purchases
  • Develop channel business opportunities, work as channel expertise to dig out what other players in the category can learn from, and formulate a business promotion plan that suits the company's current situation based on the actual PVM;
  • Independently own large-scale TT channel projects such as open lucky drawn events, and be able to work with across departments to deliver project and overdeliver sales target
  • Undertake the implementation of various TT channel promotion activities of the category team and provide reasonable suggestions based on channel features
  • Develop TT execution standard and regional channel plan including MSL/Perfect Store/ND target, etc.

Develop TT investment guidance and improve TT P&L;

What we want you

A) Education, Qualifications and Training:
Bachelor degree or above

B) Experience required (e.g. Past Roles, Level, Years of Experience, Technical, People Management, etc.):
At least 8 years trade marketing experiences in FMCG. TT sales and multinational company experiences are a plus.

C) Specialised Knowledge or Skills required (e.g. Technical, Cross-functional, etc.):
Strong data process and analysis skills; Good communication skills; Fluent English in Oral and Writing.
