We are looking for a Channel Development Executive
with a proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar technology vendors This role will be key in expanding our partner network and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Development

  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, and other Enterprise Software companies.
  • Identify co-selling opportunities and develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with technology partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner sales and channel teams
    to drive mutual growth.

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute a partner-driven sales strategy to expand Inclusion Clouds IT Staff Augmentation services.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth by leveraging existing and new partner relationships.
  • Negotiate agreements, partner incentives, and collaboration models to enhance deal flow.

IT Staff Augmentation & Talent Solutions

  • Promote Inclusion Clouds IT Staff Augmentation solutions within partner ecosystems.
  • Educate partners on the benefits of outsourcing IT talent through our specialized services.
  • Align partner needs with our talent pool to deliver high-impact staffing solutions

Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

  • Research and analyze market trends within SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and identify key opportunities for differentiation.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, deal pipeline, and revenue impact

Requirements

5+ years of experience
in Channel Development, Business Development, or Sales in IT services.

Proven success in managing partnerships with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar

Experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Consulting, or Managed Services

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Understanding of SaaS, Cloud Computing, and Enterprise Software ecosystems

Ability to work independently and drive results
in a hybrid environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with VARs (Value-Added Resellers), System Integrators, or IT Staffing firms

Existing relationships within SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft partner networks

Understanding of contract structures and pricing models in IT services.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary:
$100K $300K OTE.
Bonus Plan: Earn a percentage of total revenue for each closed deal over the first 18 months.
