The Channel Delivery Manager is a change agent and advocate for value added functions which involves technology solutions and business processes that will improve channel adoption, client experience and operational efficiencies, including development of opportunity assessments and ROI analysis. The role often takes the lead on technology initiatives by leading cross functional teams and serving as a liaison with key stakeholders.

It's not uncommon for team members to go to lunch together or socialize outside of the office. You will also have opportunities to volunteer and give back to our community through monthly volunteer initiatives.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT related field and 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role; or 7+ years of equivalent work experience. Direct experience in a user environment preferred.
