Channel Compliance Analyst

Location: Cavite, Philippines

Analog Devices (ADI) is looking for a Channel Compliance Analyst to support customer screening activities across our distribution and eCommerce channels. This role focuses on reviewing customer information, documenting screening decisions, and escalating potential compliance risks in line with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer and order screening reviews using approved tools and data sources
  • Review and document approval, denial, or escalation decisions clearly and accurately
  • Identify potential risk indicators
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior compliance team members
  • Support queue management to meet review and turnaround time expectations
  • Assist with audit or internal review requests related to customer screening

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, screening, audit, risk operations, or data review roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
  • Comfortable working in a queue‑based, deadline‑driven environment

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
