  • 了解市场动态,洞察农户需求,基于作物区的策略,制订所负责区域内销售执行计划,并按期达成,确保业务健康可持续增长;

  • 开发并维护所负责区域核心县级经销商,提高市场份额;

  • 带领团队建立及维护终端星伙伴/经销商伙伴关系,维护核心星伙伴的品牌形象、陈列和标准化运营;

  • 带领团队开展高效市场营销活动,为核心市场的专业农户提供服务;

  • 确保所有销售活动符合公司内部政策、外部法规以及公司核心价值观。
