Job Description

IQSIGHT, part of Keenfinity Group and formerly Bosch Video Systems, is a growing international business focused on visual intelligence and security solutions. As part of the company’s continued growth in the Middle East, IQSIGHT is strengthening its regional sales and partner ecosystem to drive market expansion and customer success.

The UAE team plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships, supporting channel growth, and increasing market penetration across the region.

We are looking for a Channel Business Manager – UAE to develop, manage, and expand IQSIGHT’s channel partner ecosystem across the UAE.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth through distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners, while ensuring alignment with company objectives, market opportunities, and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners in the UAE market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.

  • Establish annual business plans with key partners and monitor execution.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives through the channel network.

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines in collaboration with partners.

  • Identify new opportunities, customer projects, and market segments.

  • Support partners in closing strategic deals and key customer engagements.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on channel campaigns, events, and promotions.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate opportunity tracking.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and technical teams to support partner success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.

  • Proven experience managing distributors and reseller networks within the UAE.

  • Strong understanding of channel business models and indirect sales strategies.

  • Experience in technology, telecommunications, industrial, or B2B sectors is preferred.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and sales analytics.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly within the UAE, with occasional travel across GCC countries.
