What you´ll do

• Steer further granularity of channel roadmap per responsible territories.
  
• Drive strategic partner next level collaboration forward with integrated and differentiated premium partnership programs.
  
• Proactively incubate for future strategic partners, i.e. medium sized partner upskilling with personalized upgrade plans & clear milestones for tracking.
  
• Scout and develop new strategic partner into ACM, by adopting clear and structured processes and toolkits and accelerate onboarding into ACM ecosystems.
  
• Proactively analyze and prepare plans for underperforming distributors in line with ACM investment or divestment plans to improve ‘green time’ for entire ACM organization.
  
• Be responsible for some key areas of channel excellence that cover nationwide distributors, lead channel business manager team to develop, execute and optimize based on business insights.
  
• Actively work with different internal & external teams, including Channel, Sales, Marketing, BDM, Market & Strategy, Application Engineering etc. to provide best-in-class online & offline upskilling programs customized per channel partner.

What makes you a good fit

• 5+ years of experience in channel management practices.
  
• Strategic and business analytical skills: Solid experience & insights of channel management & digital focus, High networking and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluent in English.
