What you'd be doing in this role

Canva's reseller channel is one of the fastest-growing ways we bring our tools to teams and organisations across APAC. As a Channel Account Manager, you'll own relationships with our reseller partners and be the engine behind that growth - helping partners succeed while expanding Canva's reach across the region.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Managing a portfolio of reseller partners across APAC, driving growth and performance across the network
  • Prospecting and onboarding new reseller partners to expand Canva's footprint in the region
  • Building and running a partner enablement strategy - training, tools, and resources that help resellers sell Canva with confidence
  • Co-creating joint business plans with partners, setting clear goals, and tracking progress together
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives through the channel
  • Tracking partner performance metrics and working closely with resellers to identify opportunities and lift results
  • Acting as the face of Canva when partners need support engaging customers directly

You're probably a match if:

  • You've got strong experience in channel management, partnership development, or indirect sales - ideally with large resellers or channel networks
  • You have a track record of building and growing reseller programs that actually drive revenue
  • You're a natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and knows how to influence across internal and external stakeholders
  • You're comfortable using data to understand what's working, what's not, and what to do about it
  • You know the APAC reseller landscape and have a network you can tap into from day one
  • Salesforce or a similar CRM is already part of how you work

About the team

We're the Partnerships Group within Canva's Sales & Success Supergroup - and right now, it's a genuinely exciting moment to join. We're building the infrastructure and relationships that let Canva grow at scale through indirect channels: defining how resellers and direct sales teams work together, and finding the partners who'll help us bring Canva to millions more users across the region. It's hands-on, high-impact work, and the channel is only going to get bigger.
