Responsibilities

Drive TeamViewer’s growth through strategic partner relationships and strong customer and channel engagement across the market. This is a hunter-style role focused on building pipeline, expanding market reach, increasing transaction volume, and driving revenue growth through partners. The role requires a trusted account management approach, working closely with channel partners on joint business plans, sales initiatives, and marketing activities to strengthen partner performance and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Identify potential key partners and work closely with them to build business plans, set objectives, and complete customer mapping

  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and registration/ escalation processes for your region

  • Facilitate business development activities and assist with the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies

  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, developing brand awareness, and developing co-marketing with partners in collaboration with TeamViewer marketing team

  • Understand each partner's value proposition and determine how our services and the vendor portfolio can enhance their profitability

  • Work with partners to close major deals on your own.

  • Expand the existing partner portfolio through effective channel management and build a strong pipeline of potential partners.

  • Create a sales growth strategy that involves identifying target markets, aligning offerings with market needs, and developing targeted annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans

  • Participate in reviewing proposal deliverables to ensure they meet the customer's structure and content requirements

Requirements
  • 8-12 years in an account management/Sales role with proven experience building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders

  • Thorough understanding of varied market techniques and strategies

  • Experienced in managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor is advantageous

  • Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners

  • Customer-focused individual, able to manage multiple tasks between clients

  • Passion for technology, autonomous and sales-driven

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
