CHANGING ROOM ASSISTANT | CHICHESTER FOOD PARK | PART TIME HOURS | AMAZING BENEFITS

Join us here at Nature’s Way Foods as our Changing Room Assistant. Reporting into the Hygiene Manager, you will undertake scheduled daily and deep-cleaning hygiene tasks, as well as order and issue PPE for the team and site visitors, in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

The hours you’ll work:

Day Shift Only – Fixed Days (1pm-7pm)

You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.

What you’ll do:

• Report any defects in equipment, tools and machinery
• Ensure facility areas including bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard following all safety guidelines and safe working practices
• Issue out Protective Clothing (PPE)
• Prepare for site factory visits and visitors PPE
• Prepare for site factory audits and auditor PPE
• Engage with auditors when required to
• Raise consumables orders and maintain stock levels to ensure your team have the right protective clothing for the job
• Receive consumables orders and laundry deliveries and distribute/check in
• Plan deep cleaning schedules for production operatives

What we’re looking for from you:

• Approachable
• Team player
• Basic level of written and spoken English
• Eye for detail and the ability to follow process are key in this rol
• Experience working with chemicals is not essential but desirable
