About the opportunity

This role is suited to a change analyst with a strong interest in training eager to develop their skills within a complex, real world healthcare transformation project. The Change and Training Analyst will work closely with experienced project team members, including the EPMO Change Lead, Change Manager and will have the opportunity to build capability across the full project lifecycle in a structured and collaborative environment. The role will be responsible for:

  • Change Delivery Support

  • Develop and executive training plan and activities.

  • Support the development and execution of change management plan and activities to ensure alignment.

  • Assist in maintaining stakeholder registers, impact assessments and change logs.

  • Coordinate training and enablement activities in line with project timelines.

  • Identify risks and issues and escalate to the EPMO Change Lead.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, briefings and forums.

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting the change champion network.

  • Build working relationships with managers and frontline staff.

  • Capture stakeholder feedback and insights to inform training and enablement approach.

  • Communication Support

  • Collaborate with Change Manager to support delivery of consistent messages and language tailored to the audience.

  • Draft communications as required.

  • Training Development and Delivery

  • Support the design of training strategies and approaches.

  • Design and develop training material and resources (guides, resources, learning content).

  • Deliver or assist in delivering training to key stakeholders as required.

  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, invitations and attendance tracking.

  • Maintain training records.

  • Business Readiness and Adoption

  • Support business readiness assessments and data collection.

  • Assist tracking key adoption metrics.

  • Gather and analysis feedback from users post-training and during roll-out.

  • Support reinforcement activities to embed change.

  • EPMO Change Framework Support

  • Apply change framework tools and templates.

  • Contribute to maintaining change artefacts and reporting (heatmaps and dashboards).

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date and accessible.

  • Contribute to ongoing development of the EPMO Change Framework

  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.

  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Essential

  • 3-4 years experience in change, training, communications or project support roles.

  • Well-developed communication, facilitation, influencing, stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working in complex health and/or aged care environments.

  • Experience in developing multi-modal training programs.

  • Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts and experience working within a structured project environment.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, communications or a related discipline.

  • Completion of or progress towards a Change Management related certification is well regarded.

  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and task management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, take direction well, and proactively seek guidance when needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check.
