Are you excited by driving digital transformation and helping creative teams work smarter at scale?

Join Our LEGO Agency (OLA) as a Change Program Manager and help shape how creative work happens across LEGO, connecting tools,teamsand ways of working to turn ideas into reality.

This role is based in Billundand requires working from theoffice at least 3 days per week. This is an initial 10-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension for a further two months.

Please note that, due to the summer holiday period, CVs will be reviewed over the coming weeks, with interviews for selected candidates expected to take place in August.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement digital and tooling initiatives- Work across cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of digital, tech, and tooling solutions that improve processes and overall workflow experiences.

  • Enable strong collaboration across stakeholders- Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and shared understanding.

  • Drive structured planning and delivery- Build andmaintainproject plans, timelines, and milestones to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

  • Lead rollout of transformation programs within OLA- Drive the implementation of transformation initiatives focused on improving how creative work happens end-to-end.

  • Support change and communication efforts- Contribute to communication and enablement activities that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.

  • Translate complexity into clarity- Create structured white papers that define challenges, outline solutions, and support decision-making. Lead the implementation of the newly developed operating model between Digital Technology and OLA.

  • Bring in outside perspective and innovation- Stay up to date on emerging digital and technologytrends andproactively suggest how these can be applied to improve the organization.

You will join Our LEGO Agency (OLA)as part of the Creative Systems Enablement & Delivery (CSED)team.

OLAis an organization that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight-driven and fit-for-purpose solutions across the LEGO Group. Global development is driven outof The LEGO Group’s headquarters in Billund, Denmark. Location-wise, OLA also has offices in Copenhagen, Boston, London, Singapore and Shanghai.

CSED focuses on enabling scalable, consistent, and user-centered use of tools across the end-to-end content lifecycle. We work at the intersection of strategy, platforms, and day-to-day operations—ensuring that tools and connected systems are introduced, governed, and continuously improved in ways that support real production and publishing needs.

In this role, you will play a keypartin driving adoption, alignment, and change across tooling and ways of working within a large, multi-year transformation program. You will help ensure that new strategies, decisions, and capabilities are clearly understood, successfully embedded, and scaled across teams through structured change, communication, enablement, and early engagement.

Do youhavewhat it takes?

  • Experience in transformation-driven environments- Proven experience within creative, media, entertainment, technology, or consulting environments—ideally where change management or transformation has been a key focus.

  • Strong English communication skills- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly across a global organization.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives- Proven ability to contribute to digital, tech, or tooling transformation efforts.

  • Strong stakeholder and collaboration skills- Builds effective relationships and works confidently across teams, functions, and seniority levels.

  • Clear and structured communication- Strong business writing skills, including experience with executive summaries, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.

  • Professional judgement and discretion- Handles sensitive information with maturity and integrity.

  • Strong prioritization and execution- Works independently and effectively manages multiple initiatives in parallel.

  • Project management and planning capabilities- Drives initiatives forward through structured planning and coordination.

  • Confidence working with digital tools and platforms- Comfortable navigating complex and evolving systems and workflows.

  • Curious and improvement-oriented mindset- Continuouslyseeksto learn andoptimizetools, platforms, and processes.

  • Strong toolproficiency- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience with creative tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working
